小儿脾自体移植的临床价值

摘　　要：研究表明,脾自体移植能存活,但未见再生;抗感染效果尚待进一步研究;血液系统变化,尚待观察。除外伤性脾切除作自体脾移植外,对其他病例,脾自体移植应持保留态度。Autotransplantation of spleen may preserve certain immunity function following splenectomy for splenomega ly and hypersplenism of hemopathic and metabolic disea- ses.On the other hand,it may result in recurrence of the primary disease.In case of portal hypertension,reserva tion of the spleen may result in hepatic fibrosis damaging the liver function.If the pathological classification of the spleen belongs to type-I,a certain degree of function may be preserved by autotransplantation.Whereas,if the classsification of spleen belongs to type-Ⅱ or type-Ⅲ,lit- tle function can be preserved by autotransplantation. Therefore,the clinical significance of autotransplantation of spleen needs further investigation and evaluation.
