摘　　要：介绍了Prenflo煤气化工艺的开发过程,论述了Prenflo中试装置的工艺流程、气化煤种和试验结果;以西班牙PuertollanoIGCC电站投煤量为2 6 0 0t/d的Prenflo煤气化装置为例,总结了Prenflo气化工艺自1988年迄今的商业化运行情况;从气化炉结构、煤气流动方向、氧气纯度和原料粉煤细度等方面对Prenflo和Shell2种煤气化工艺进行了区别和对比。Developmental process of Prenflo coal gasification process was introduced, the process flow of the Prenflo pilot test plant, coal kinds of gasification and test result were discussed; taking the Prenflo coal gasification plant with a consumed coal capacity of 2 600 t/d in Spain Puertolland IGCC power station as an example, the commercial operation situation of the Prenflo coal gasification process was summarized since 1988 up to now; distinguishing and comparing for two kinds of Prenflo/Shell coal gasification processes were made from aspects of gasifier structure, coal gas flow direction, oxygen purity and thick lager pulverized coal granularity etc.
