摘　　要：论述了粉煤纯氧气化生产甲醇,甲醇弛放气联产合成氨工艺路线在煤炭综合利用、环境、粮食安全等方面的基础地位;分析了谢尔粉煤气化工艺的气化原理、气化效率、煤种灵活性和环保效益;介绍了采用粉煤纯氧气化同水电解制氢,达到CO2 零排放的煤制甲醇大型装置单元组合;对中国石化工业原料优化及结构调整提出了相关建议。It was discussed that the basic position was displayed in the aspects of comprehensive coal & carbon utilization, environment protection and food safety etc. by the process line used in production of methanol by pure oxygen gasification with coal and in combining production of synthetic ammonia from releasing gas of methanol; the gasification principle of shell pulverized coal gasification process, gasification efficience, coal kind flexibility and environment protection benefit were analyzed; using pulverized coal pure oxygen gasification and producing hydrogen by water electrolysis were introduced, to reach an unit combination of large-sized plant of methanol produced by coal with a zero discharge of CO_2; relevant suggestions were presented for optimization of petro-chemical & industrial materials and material structure revision in China.
