摘　　要：针对复分解循环法在生产硝酸钾工艺过程中存在的结垢和堵塞问题,选用了可拆式螺旋板换热器作为外冷器,确定了硝酸钾溶液的冷却结晶工艺流程,通过对冷却结晶工艺的设计计算,确定了设备选型和技术参数,对该工艺的使用效果进行了评价。In allusion to the flouring and blockage problems existing in process flow of potassium nitrate plex-decompositon recycle method, the dismountable screw-plate heater was selected as an outer cooler, the cooling crystallization process flow of potassium nitrate solution was determined, by means of design & calculation for cooling crystallization process, equipment selection and technical parameters are also determined, the utilizing effect of this process was evaluated.
