摘  要:结合某厂大颗粒尿素洗涤塔技术改造的工艺要求,介绍了洗涤塔设计方案的选择论证过程,提出了板波纹规整填料和大孔穿流筛板的组合式设计方案,对不同规格的规整填料和塔板参数选择进行了对比和讨论,结果表明,板波填料采用3m高的12 5Y型,塔板采用板上无液层的大孔穿流筛板是理想的组合。Selecting and proving process of design scheme of scrubber was introduced in combination with process requirements of technical reformation made for large grain urea scrubber in some plant, composite design scheme constituted by regular corrugation plate packing and big hole jet sieve plate were suggested, comparison and discussion were made for selecting variously sized regular packing and parameters of tray, the result indicates that the ideal composition is using the 125Y type of corrugation plate packing with a height of 3 m, and using the big hole jet sieve plate without liquid layer on it.
