摘  要:利用径向基函数RBF网络适合于求解模式识别问题的优势,提出采用RBF网络来实现高压输电线路的故障诊断,建造了基于RBF网络的高压输电线路故障诊断模型结构,并且对RBF网络的聚类过程给出了改进的LBG算法。仿真分析及容错性测试结果表明,本文所提方法能快速、正确地实现高压输电线路的故障诊断,而且对因干扰而畸变的输入信息情况具有容错能力,适合应用于实时信息处理系统。RBF network is adopted to accomplish high voltage transmission line fault diagnosis by using its advantage of being adapt to solving pattern recognition problem. An appropriate RBF network model is built, and an improved LBG learning algorithm is also proposed to execute clustering process for RBF network. By simulation analysis and testing for the fault tolerance of network, the results show that the method presented in this paper can not only diagnose fault correctly for high voltage transmission line but also has fault tolerance performance for distorted input signal, and therefore it has practical application value for real time information processing system.
