摘  要:动态经济调度在电力系统运行中占据重要作用,这是一个在时间和空间上相互耦合的复杂优化决策问题。当计及机组阀点效应后,该问题更是呈现为不光滑、非凸特性。本文提出一种沿连续两次迭代计算次梯度之差方向的空间扩张算法来解决动态经济调度问题,并采用自适应更新罚因子的不光滑精确罚函数处理约束条件。通过仿真计算,结果表明该方法求解精度高、收敛速度快,验证了此方法的可行性和有效性,从而为电力系统动态经济调度问题的求解提供了一条新途径。Dynamic economic dispatch plays important role in power systems operation and control. Coupling with space and time, it is a complicated optimal decision problem. It has non-smooth and nonconvex characteristic when generation unit valve point effect is taken into account. This paper proposes a new approach with space extension along the difference of two successive subgradients to solve dynamic economic dispatch. Constraints can be handled using non-smooth exact penalization method with self-adaptive updating penalty coefficient. The feasibility and validity of the new method is demonstrated for application example and the test results are compared with other methods reported. Simulation calculation shows that the proposed method performs better result in terms of solution's precision and convergence property, so it is provided a new tool for solving dynamic economic dispatch problems.
