摘　　要：本文针对当前信息技术的发展,对档案存储载体的变化问题进行比较分析,就电子档案是否能取代纸质档案进行探讨并提出相应建议。With the development of the information technology,many storage measures have appeared and the carrier of dossier become manifold.In this article,the author compares these different storage measures and carrier for dossier.Meanwhile the author gives some advice for the discussion of whether the electronic dossier could replace the paper dossier.
