改良Chiari滑膜切除术治疗Perthes病手术前后股骨头及髋臼演变

摘　　要：对５３例Ｐｅｒｔｈｅｓ病患儿手术前后髋关节Ｘ线片进行测量，以同期自身健侧股骨头及髋臼大小、形状为对照进行比较分析。结果显示：术前患侧股骨头直径增大，骺高降低，形状变扁，且有半脱位倾向。术后新形成的髋臼能完好覆盖增大的股骨头，并且术后股骨头变圆，骺高增加，逐渐接近健侧股骨头大小和形状。Fifty-three cases of Perthes’s disease were examined with radiograph preoperatively and postoperatively.The affected hips were compared with unaffected ones.The result showed that the affected femeral head was flat and wider, and the height of epiphysis decreased before operation. There was a tendency of subluxation in affected hip preoperatively.After operation the enlarged head was covered completely.The height of the epiphysis increased and the shape of the head became spherical postoperatively.
