儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折三种手术方法的比较

摘　　要：１９８２～１９９２年手术治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折４７例，其中采用环状韧带修复术１７例（Ａ组），环状韧带重建术１４例（Ｂ组），关节囊紧缩术１６例（Ｃ组）。术后平均随访６年３个月，结果表明，Ａ组和Ｃ组明显优于Ｂ组。Fourty-seven children with old Monteggia’s fracture were treated from 1982 to 1992. They were divided into three groups,on which different surgical procedure were performed.17 cases in group A underwent repairment of the annular ligment.14 cases of group B underwent the annular ligment reconstruction. Constriction of the capsule was done on 16 cases of group C. The patients were followed up for 6 years and 3 months.The results of group A and C were better than that of group B.
