摘　　要：１９８０～１９９０年共收治小儿股骨远端骨骺损伤１０例。男７例，女３例。平均年龄１０岁。按Ｓａｌｔｅｒ分类，Ｉ型２例，Ⅱ型５例，Ⅲ型２例，Ⅴ型１例。７例急诊患儿行手术治疗，术后未发生内翻、外翻及成角畸形。３例男性后期入院者，均已发生明显后遗症。讨论了该病的诊断、治疗及造成肢体不等长的原因。Ten children,age 10 years in average, with injury of the femoral distal epiphysis were treated,from 1980 to 1990. According to Salter-Harris standard,2 cases were classified as type-I,5 cases as type-Ⅱ.2 cases as typeⅢ.1 cases as type-V.7 cases wese treated surgically in emergency and were practically free from genu varus,genu valgus or angular deformity.Other 3 cases were delayed for treatment and severe sequelae developed.Diagnosis,treatment and the eause of leg length discrepancy were discussed in the text.
