肠腔内肠源性囊肿的诊治体会

摘　　要：自1962年以来,我院共收治肠腔内肠源性囊肿13例,男7例,女6例。年龄均在2岁以内。表现急性完全性肠梗阻8例;慢性不完全性肠梗阻5例。13例均行手术治疗,其中囊肿位于回肠末端,距回盲瓣5cm 以内的11例。本文总结了该病的发病特点,并提出了诊断要点及治疗设想。Thirteen children with intraintestinal enterogenous cysts were treated in our hospital from 1962-1993.Seven were male and 6 were female.The age ranged from 29 days to 2 years.Eight cases presented acute complete intestinal obstruction,and others a chronic incomplete intestinal obstruction.In this group 11,cysts located in the distal ileum less than 5 cm from ileoeecal valve,the ileocecal region was resected.Because a correct diagnosis of this disease is hard to make before operation,the authors sum up a suggestive management based on their clinical experiences.
