摘 要:以枇杷3个品种“解放钟”、“长红3号”和“早钟”幼胚为外植体,进行枇杷的幼胚离体培养诱导体胚发生研究。结果表明:附加2mg/L2,4-D的MS培养基可高频率诱导枇杷幼胚愈伤组织;采用附加1mg/L2,4-D、0.25mg/LKT的MS培养基与附加1mg/L2,4-D、0.25mg/LKT和5mg/LAgNO3的MS培养基交替暗培养,可长期保持枇杷愈伤组织胚性;枇杷具有很强的体胚发生能力和很高的成苗率。Three loquat cultivars,‘Jiefangzhong’,‘Changhong No.3’,‘Zaozhong’were chosen as initial explants to study the in-vitro cultrue of immatrue embryos .The results showed that the callus was obtained at high frequency on MS media supplemented with 2 mg/L 2,4-D; The embryogenic callus could be maintained for a long period when they were alternately cultrured on the MS media supplemented with 1 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.25 mg/L KT and the other MS media containing 1 mg/L 2,4-D,0.25 mg/L KT and 5 mg/L AgNO 3; The capacity of somatic embryogenesis has strong and high ratio of plant regeneration was obtained via somatic embryogenesis.
