摘 要:以清水对照,对培矮64S喷施赤霉素、稻多收、植物龙、天丰素,比较了4种生长调节物质对培矮64S花时、花期、颖花开放角度、颖尖距离、柱头外露率、人工辅助授粉下杂交种子结实率、杂交种子的粒重、株高、剑叶长、外露颈穗长等性状的影响,认为总体上赤霉素和稻多收有利于改善培矮64S异交性状,在以培矮64S为母本的杂交稻制种中有较大的应用前景,并就赤霉素和稻多收在培矮64S制种上联合使用问题进行了讨论。Taking plain water as the control, Peiai 64S was sprayed with GA 3, Daoduoshou, Zhiwulong and Tianfengsu. The blooming time, blooming duration, opening angle of spikelet, distance of opened spikelet tip, the stigma exsertion rate, seed-setting rate of hybrid seed with manual assistant pollination, hybrid seed weight, plant height, flag leaf length and exposed panicle length of Peiai 64S were inspected and compared among the four treatments. GA 3 and Daoduoshou were in favor of improving out-crossing traits of Peiai 64S as a whole, and there is a biggish applied prospect for these two chemical compounds in hybrid seed production with Peiai 64S being the female parent. The problem of the combined application of GA 3 and Daoduoshou on hybrid seed production of Peiai 64S are discussed in this paper.
