摘　　要：本研究利用Ｒａｊｉ细胞表面具有表达组织相容性抗原ＤＲ（ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ）特点，以及被检血清中抗ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗体与抗人ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）竞争结合Ｒａｊｉ细胞表面ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗原的特征，建立检测血清抗ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗体的Ｒａｊｉ细胞免疫酶抑制法。对７２例系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者和１１３例健康者血清检测结果表明：ＳＬＥ患者和健康各血清中抗ＨＬＡ一ＤＲ抗体阳性率分别为３９．０％和１．８％。此法特异性强、重复性好（阳性血清ＣＶ为４．７％，阴性血清ＣＶ为０％），抗体涌度范围１：５～１：４０。sing the characteristics of HLA一DR antigen expression of Raji cell combined by anti-HLA-DRantibody in detected sera and anti一human HLA一DR McAb, the blocking immunoenzymatic method ofRaji cell was established for the detection ofanti一HLA一DR antibody in the serum。 The resuIts ofexam-ination in 72 patients with SLE and 113 normal individuals, showed that the method displayed a strongespecific property, good reproducibility(CV =4.7%)and titre of the anti一HLA一DR antibody 1:5一1:40。The positivity of anti一HLA一DR antibody was 390% in sera of the SLE patients and 1.8% in normal individuals. The authors consider that the method with its simple operation and lower false positive rate in the blocking immunoenzamatic test of Raji cell detecting anti一HLA一DR antibody in the serum is worthy of spreading use.
