106例心律失常伴不典型胸痛患者冠状动脉造影结果分析

摘　　要：１０６例心律失常病人，包括室性心律失常４４例，房性心律失常４１例，阵发性室上性心动过速４例，病态窦房结综合征７例及束支或房室传导阻滞１０例，病程均在半年以上。因伴不典型胸痛，临床拟诊为冠心病而行冠状动脉造影检查。结果显示，仅４例（４％）有冠状动脉病变。在具有上述临床特征的心律失常病人中，冠心病十分少见。Abstract One hundred and six patients with more than 6 months history of cardiac arrhythmias, including 44 with ventricular tachyarrhythmias, 41 with atrial arrhythmias, 4 with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, 7 with sick sinus syndrome, and 10 with bundle branch or fascicular block or atrioventricular block were diagnosed as coronary heart disease clinically because of the concomitant atypical chest pain. The result of coronary angiography showed that only 4(4%) patients had coronary artery stenosis with clinical significance.Our data indicated that in patients with the above clinical characteristics,coronary heart disease was quite uncommon and the diagnosis should be made with caution.
