摘　　要：我们观察了正常血压和高血压者各１０例在相隔４～１２周短期内的动态血压参数重复性，结果表明：各项参数重复检测时无显著性差异；重复检测的参数呈高度显著相关；非同日的血压随时间变动曲线相互之间呈交叉、重叠特征。结果提示，动态血压有良好的短期重复性，可作为评价降压疗效的可靠方法。Abstract The reproducibility of ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) parameters was investigated in 10 normotensive subjects and 10 untreated mildto-moderate hypertensive patients.Each subject had 24 hours ambulatory recordings measured on two occasions 4-12 weeks apart. The results showed that there was no significant differences of ABP parametere between the initial and the second visits,and the initial ABP parameters were highly corre, lated with the second. The cireadian blood pressure profiles during separate 24 houro monitoring periods were characterized by cross-over and overlapping of the curves each other.The results suggest that the short-term reproducibility of ABP parameters is excellent, and ABP is therefore a valid method for evaluating the efficacy of antihypertensive treatment.
