摘  要:在建立杯形砂轮修整碟形金刚石砂轮修整模型的基础上,分析了砂轮接触刚度对磨削系统稳定性和磨削力的影响。通过杯形砂轮修整碟形金刚石砂轮的修整力试验,对磨削力的信号特征、变化规律进行了数理检验。结果表明:磨削力信号是一种平稳的周期性非正态振动信号;砂轮接触刚度增加,径向磨削力增加,系统稳定性下降;低速磨削时磨削力最大;砂轮变速磨削,径向磨削力降低,修整效率最佳。Based on truing model of saucer diamond-grinding wheel with cup wheel, the influence of contact stiffness between saucer wheel and cup wheel on the stability of the grinding system and grinding force was discussed, as well as verifying of the signal characteristic and changing rule of grinding force. The experimental results show that radial grinding force increases and stability of the grinding system decreases with the increasing of contact stiffness. And the radial grinding force decreases with alternating grinding speed. The grinding forces come to biggest under low grinding speed. The signals of grinding force are stationarity and periodic vibration signals, which don't follow the normal distribution in general. The grinding of alternating wheel speed makes the best grinding effect.
