波纹轨腰钢轨轧制的数值模拟与实验研究

摘　　要：用MARC有限元软件对一种新型钢轨———波纹轨腰钢轨进行了轧制模拟计算,并进行轧制实验,掌握了波纹轨腰钢轨变形的特点和轧制过程中的关键技术。实验结果表明,波纹轨腰钢轨完全可以通过轧制方法生产。由于波纹轨腰钢轨有优越的力学性能,将有很好的开发应用前景。The rolling process of a kind of new rail-corrugated rail waist Rail was simulated by MARC and the rolling experiments was made. We have grasped the characteristics of this production deformation and the crucial technology in rolling operations. The results can prove that corrugated rail waist rail can be produced by rolling completely and will have very good development prospect because of its advanced mechanics characteristics.
