摘 要:利用电刷镀技术制得了n-Al2O3/Ni和n-ZrO2Ni纳米颗粒复合电刷镀层。测试了复合镀层的显微硬度和接触疲劳寿命,分析了载荷和退火处理对镀层疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,复合镀层具有较高的显微硬度,载荷为60N和140N时,n-Al2O3/Ni复合镀层具有较高的疲劳寿命,而n-ZrO2Ni复合镀层的寿命较低。接触疲劳寿命随载荷的增加而降低,退火处理使n-Al2O3/Ni复合镀层的疲劳寿命显著降低,而使n-ZrO2/Ni复合镀层的疲劳寿命大幅度提高,是镀态时的3.8倍。n-ZrO2/Ni复合镀层的滚道面呈脆性剥落,而退火后呈塑性变形特征。The nano-composite coatings has higher micro-hardness more than 560 HV. Under loads of 60 N and 140 N, contact fatigue life of the n-Al2O3/Ni coating is longer and while that of the n-ZrO2/Ni coating is markedly shorter. With increase of the load, life of the coatings decreases. Under load of 140 N, life of the annealed n-Al2O3/Ni coating decreases and while life of the annealed n-ZrO2/Ni coating increased greatly higher 2.8 times than that of the as-deposited n-ZrO2/Ni coating. It is shown by failure analysis that brittleness characteristics are clearly presented in the fracture zone of the as-deposited n-ZrO2/Ni coating and obvious plastic deformation is exhibited in that of the annealed n-ZrO2/Ni coating.
