摘  要:在现有的消弧线圈自动调整及故障选线方法的基础上,提出了采用注入信号法测量配电网对地参数(对地电阻和阻尼率)进行消弧线圈调谐及中性点接地阻抗柔性控制,探讨了一种通过改变配电网中性点接地阻抗参数、测量零序电流变化和进行故障选线的方法.产品已通过现场运行,并在全国推广应用,效果良好.Traditional methods for Petersen coil resonance adjustment and feeder earth fault identification in compensated network are introduced.All this methods hardly satisfy the requirement of distribution system automation.A new method for Petersen coil automation tuning is developed,which is based on measuring the system resonance frequency and parameters to the ground, and a new method for faulted feeder identification is also presented,which is based on measuring the zero sequence current variation caused by shut-cutting the neutral earthed resistance.The devices for Petersen-coil tuning and fault identification have been developed and applied in distribution networks throughout China for many years.
