摘  要:在6月下旬全光照间歇喷雾条件下进行红叶石楠嫩枝插扦试验,结果表明:用NAA低质量浓度浸泡4~5 h扦插于混合泥炭的基质中,2个月后平均生根率高达94.87%,且苗木生长良好.A twig cuttage experiment of Photinia×fraseri was conducted in the late June under the full illumination and intermitted spray.The experiment was made on 3 factors:4 types of substrate (pearlite, sand, peat mixed with 3 times volume of pearlite, equal volume of peat, pearlite,chaff ash); different hormones (IBA ,NAA ,rooting-reagent ABT); different concentrations of hormone (100×10 -6,300×10 -6,500×10 -6).The result showed that the cuttings of Photinia×fraseri which had been soaked in low concentration of NAA for 4-5 hours and inserted in the substrate of the last type, have high survival. They rooted rapidly and well.
