摘 要:矿渣MTC固化体高温下易开裂问题一直限制着矿渣MTC技术的推广应用,文章对影响固化体开裂的宏观因素:温度、压力、浆体pH值等进行了实验研究分析。通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜等分析手段找到了固化体开裂的本质原因在于高温条件下矿渣水化反应速度加快,其玻璃体分相结构中富钙相的分解速度加快,体系中Ca(OH)2 增加较多,而富硅相解体反应的变化幅度不大,体系中SiO2 则相对较少,反映在固化体局部区域中,C-S-H凝胶体不仅C/S增大且分布不均匀且由于该部分水化产物呈球形和蜂窝形,胶结时接触面积少,形成的凝胶体胶结差,不稳定,易发生晶形转变,宏观上表现为固化体容易形成裂纹。The problem of cracking of MTC solidified body with cinder that happens easily under high temperature restricts the popularization and application of cinder MTC technology. The experimental analysis is conducted for the macro factors such as temperature, pressure, pH value of the slurry etc. that affect the cracking of MTC solidified body with cinder. With the analysis tools of X diffraction, scanning electron microscope etc., it is found that the basic causes of cracking of MTC solidified body with cinder are the hydration reaction of cinder is accelerated under high temperature. The decomposition of the rich calcium phase is accelerated in the phase-separating structure of the vitreum, and the Ca (OH)2 increases more in the system. But the reaction of decomposition of the rich calcium phase changes not big. So, the SiO2 content is relatively less in the system. It appears the C/S of C-S-H gelinite not only increases but also distributes not homogeneously in the part areas of the solidified body. Some hydrated products appear spherical and cellular, which has less contact area when gel forming and makes the cementation of. the gelatinous body poor, unstable , and easy for crystal shape changing. So, it appears mac-roscopically the solidified body generates fractures easily.
