利用海外LNG资源的战略思考

摘　　要：我国已制订用好国内外两种资源、两个市场,加大天然气开发和引进力度的能源策略。文章分析了当前国外天然气资源与市场状况,以及我国乙烯工业发展缺乏轻质原料,导致原料偏重,投资、能耗和生产成本过高, 进一步发展受限等问题。指出了天然气资源作为能源和化工原料的同等重要性,进而提出了最充分地利用海外天然气资源,满足我国能源和石油化工原料需求的策略方案的4种选择, 并提出了具体建议。The energy policy has been made in China to utilize both domestic and foreign gas resources and markets, strengthen gas production and importation. The article analyzes the situation of foreign gas resource and market. Aiming to the problems of lacking feed materials of light hydrocarbons for the ethane industry in China, which cause large investment, high energy consumption and operation cost, and restrict the further development of the ethane industry in China since it is difficult to acquire the feed materials, it is pointed out that gas resource is equal important as energy and chemical feed. Also, the 4 choices and concrete suggestions are proposed for the strategy programs to make good use of oversea gas resources and meet the demand of energy and petrol-chemical feed in China.
