摘　　要：随着计算机多媒体技术、网络技术、电子出版物的迅速发展,图书馆界面临着向开放式信息化服务转变的新形势。目前,电子阅览室已经在我国图书馆系统中得到广泛的应用,图书馆由封闭型向开放型、社会化转变。我们应当紧紧抓住这个机遇,研究电子阅览室发展规律的问题,结合实际,采取灵活有效的手段,加强对电子阅览室的建设、管理与维护。Along with the development of multimedia technique, Internet tech nique and digital publications, the library circles is facing the new situation of the transformation towards the opening informative service. At present, E-rea ding room has been widely used in our country's library system, and the library has been transformed from the closed type into the opening and socialized type. We should grasp firmly this opportunity, research the developing regulation of E -reading room, strengthen the construction, management and maintenance of E-read ing room connecting with the practice and adopting flexible and effective measur es.
