摘　　要：汇率制度的两极化为许多发展中国家选择汇率制度指出了方向。在资本项目逐步开放的过程中,人民币固定汇率制度具有内在的缺陷,而采取浮动汇率制度又缺乏必备的条件。因此,在不放弃货币政策自主权的情况下,采用更加灵活的管理浮动汇率制度成为人民币汇率制度改革的必然选择。The polari za tion of the exchange rate regimes is pointing out the direction for a lot of dev eloping countries. With the opening of the capital account, the system of fixed exchange rate of RMB will be challenged. Adopting the floating exchange rate sys tem lacks indispensable terms. So, in case of not giving up monetary policy auto nomy, adopting management floating exchange rate regime becomes the inevitable c hoice of the exchange rate system reform of RMB.
