不同鞣制剂对生物瓣钙化的影响

摘　　要：本研究观察了６种不同鞣制剂（戊二醛、二甲亚砜、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇）对生物瓣钙化的影响。新鲜牛心包经不同鞣制剂保存１周，埋藏于ＳＤ大鼠皮下，７０天后测定钙含量。结果表明以戊二醛组钙含量最高（１９７．４０±８３．５６μｇ／ｍｇ干重），其次为乙二醇组（１１６．２１±７４．４９μｇ／ｍｇ干重）和二甲亚砜组（４４．１８±５１．５７μｇ／ｍｇ干重）；其他各组（聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇）和对照组（生理盐水）均较低。经统计处理，戊二醛组与其他各组比较均有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而二甲亚砜、乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇组与对照组比较均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。病理学检查结果也表明戊二醛组钙化病变明显。This research observed the influence of six kinds of tanning chemicals: (A) glutaraldehyde, (B)propylene glycol, (C) glycerol (D) ethylene glycol,(E) polyethylene glycol, (F). dimethylsulfoxide on calcification of the bioprostheses Fresh bovine pericardium was cut into I cm2 pieces, tanned separately with aforementioned chemicals for 1 week. Normal saline was used in the control group. Seventy male Sprague-Dawley rats were equally divided into seven groups. The treated bovine pericardium was washed with normal saline for 30 min and then implanted in the subcutaneous tissue of the back, two piores for eaoh animal.After 70 days, the retrieved specimens were examined grossly and calcium content calcium measurement, and histological cxamination were carried out.The results showed that the amount of calcification in glutaraldehyde group ranked first (197.40 ± 83.56 μg/mg dry weight), the ethylene glycol group second (116.12 ± 74.49 μg/mg dry weight), and the dimethylsulfoxide group third (44.18 ± 51.57μg/mg dry weight). Only minimal calcification was found in the other groups. Statistical analysis demonstrated a significant difference between group A and any one of the other groups (tp< 0.05). There was no significant difference existing between B, C, D, E, F and the control group (p>0.05). Pathological findings also revealed prominant calcification in group A and no significant calcification in the rest.
