摘  要:研究了在实验室条件下,腹腔注射不同浓度(1.9、9.6、19.3、193μg/kg)的三丁基锡(tributyltin,TBT)对褐菖鲉肝脏、肾脏和脾脏碱性磷酸酶[alkalinephosphatase(AKP)]活性的影响.研究结果表明,在7d的曝污实验中,低剂量的TBT对碱性磷酸酶活性主要产生诱导作用,碱性磷酸酶活性随着TBT浓度的增大呈现先增大后减小的钟形曲线.这提示TBT暴露会影响褐菖鲉正常的代谢及其免疫功能.The effects of tributyltin (TBT) on the activities of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) of liver,spleen and kidney in Sebastiscus marmoratus were studied at injected intraperitoneally with single doses of 1.9,9.6,19.3,193 μg /kg.After the injection 2,4 and 7 days,six fishes per dose group were killed and the liver,spleen and kidney were frozen in liquid N_2 immediately after collection and stored at -80℃ until analyzed.Each liver was measured solely,while 2 spleens or kidneys were got into a group for measure of enzymes activity,AKP activity was assayed using p-nitrophenylphosphate (pNPP) as the substrate.The results showed that the AKP activities were primarily induced in the fish exposed to TBT at low concentrations.The dose-response curve was a bell shape.AKP is participated in phosphoric metabolism directly,and participated in the metabolism of DNA,RNA,protein,lipid and so on.The results suggested that metabolism in the fish would be interfered by TBT exposure.The spleen and kidney are the immune and hemopoietic organs in fish.Effect of TBT on the activity of AKP in the spleen and kidney would affect the immune function in the fish.
