2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜-中膜复合体厚度与血浆脂联素的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者、糖尿病合并颈动脉增厚患者中血浆脂联素水平的变化。方法:选取2型糖尿病无颈动脉增厚患者66例,2型糖尿病合并颈动脉增厚患者37例,健康对照者35名作为研究对象。测定受试者血浆脂联素水平、身高、体重等,比较脂联素水平的改变,以及与其它因素的相关性。结果:2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),糖尿病合并颈动脉增厚者血浆脂联素又明显低于糖尿病无颈动脉增厚者(P<0.01)。在糖尿病患者中,血浆脂联素与收缩压呈负相关(P<0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血浆脂联素明显降低,2型糖尿病合并颈动脉增厚者血浆脂联素水平更低。Objective:To investigate the level changes of plasma adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patients and type 2 diabetic patients with increased carotid intima-media thickness(IMT). Methods:Sixty-six type 2 diabetic patients,thirty-seven type 2 diabetic patients with increased carotid IMT and thirty-five healthy people were investigated. Their plasma adiponectin levels, heights and weights were measured.The level changes of plasma adiponectin and other relative factors were compared. Results:The levels of plasma adiponectin in type 2 diabetic group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.001).!The levels of plasma adiponectin in the group which had both type 2 diabetes and increased carotid IMT were significantly lower than those in type 2 diabetic group ( P <0.01). The levels of plasma adiponetin were negatively correlated to the systolic pressure in type 2 diabetic patients ( P <0.001).Conclusion:The level of plasma adiponectin in type 2 diabetic patient is significantly decreased. The level of plasma adiponectin in the group of type 2 diabetes with increased carotid IMT is the lowest among the three groups.
