阿米卡星与复达欣前列腺注射治疗支/衣原体疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的:用复达欣和阿米卡星两种抗生素直接注射于前列腺体内,观察对前列腺感染的支原体或衣原体转阴的效果,寻找理想的抗支/衣原体药物.方法:在前列腺液中查出支/衣原体阳性的前列腺炎患者337例,分成用川参通4ml+复达欣1g+2%利多卡因1.5～1.8ml和用川参通4ml+阿米卡星0.2g+2%利多卡因1.5～1.8ml两组,分别将药液直接注入前列腺,观察各组支/衣原体阴转率情况.结果:复达欣组68例中阴转率22.1%,阿米卡星组269例中阴转率93.7%.结论:阿米卡星是前列腺内治疗支/衣原体感染的理想药物.Objective:To observe the result of treatment of the two kinds of antibiotic:Fortum and Amikacin which are directly injected into Uu/Ct caused by prostatic infection and make Uu/Ct turn negative,and search for perfect anti Uu/Cr drugs.Methods:In the prostate juice,check out 337 cases of positive Uu/Ct who suffered from inflammation of prostate.They were divided into two groups:an injection of Chuanshentong plus 1 gramme Fortum plus 2 percent of Lidocaine(1.5~1.8ml) directly into prostate for one group each,an injection of Chuanshentong plus 2 gramme Amikacin plus 2 percent of Lidocaine (1.5~1.8ml)directly into prostate for the other group each.Results:There were 68 cases,who used Foutum,and 22.1 percent turned negative.There were 269 cases,who used Amikacin,and 93.7 percent turned negative.Conclusion:Amikacin is the perfect drug for Uu/Ct inside prostate.
