RP-HPLC法测定清火栀麦胶囊中栀子苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立清火栀麦胶囊中栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,YMC-PackODS-A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85);流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为238nm。结果进样量在0.2～2.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为98.66%,RSD=0.64%(n=5)。结论该法精密度高,结果准确,重现性好,可用于清火栀麦胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination of Geniposide in Qinghuozhimai capsule. Methods The RP-HPLC with YMC-Pack ODS-A (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. Mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(15∶85). Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was at 238 nm. Results The linear range of Geniposide was 0.2～2.0 μg. The method has a good liner dependence (r =0.9992). The average recovery rate was 98.66%, RSD=0.64% (n =5). Conclusion This method is good in precision and repeatability and the result is accurate and can be used to control quality of Qinghuozhimai capsule.
