摘  要:目的建立加味酸枣仁合剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别酸枣仁、知母、甘草;用高效液相色谱法测定五味子中五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量。结果薄层色谱方法简便、专属性强、重复性好;含量测定结果准确,五味子甲素和五味子乙素平均回收率分别为98.6%(RSD=1.52%,n=5)和97.8%(RSD=1.47%,n=5)。结论本方法可有效控制加味酸枣仁合剂的质量。Objective To establish the effective methods for the quality control of Yinao Anshen mixture. Methods The Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. The contents of Deoxyschizandrin and Υ-Schisandrin were determined by HPLC. Results The TLC methods were simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The contents of Deoxyschizandrin and Υ-Schisandrin were determined by HPLC which was accurate with the average recoveries of 98.6% (RDS=1.52, n =5) and 97.8% (RSD=1.47, n =5) respectively. Conclusion These methods can be used to control the Jiawei Suanzaoren mixture effectively.
