摘  要:离体鼠心工作模型,在心肌缺血停跳120min再灌注20min期间,测定心肌含水量、K~+、Na~+、Ca^(++)、Mg^(++)含量、SOD及LPO含量。进行组织学和超微结构观察的比较研究。分对照组、血停跳液组和晶体停跳液组,每组12只鼠。结果显示:血停跳液有力控制了再灌注早期心肌细胞内钙的蓄积,减轻细胞膜质结构的损害;心肌水肿程度明显减轻,心肌组织结构保存较好。显示心肌保护效果优于晶体停跳液。The use of blood cardioplegia(BCP)to improve myocardial protection during elective cardiac arrest was evaluated in the isolated working rat heart.Myocardial water and electrolyte contents were monitored,and myocardial histology and ultrastructure were examined before and after cardiac arrest.Superoxide dismutase (SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured during 120 minutes of global ischemia and after reperfusion.Twelve rat hearts received BCP,12 crystalloid cardioplegia (CCP) and 12 Krebs-Henseleit's solution as control(C).Myocardial water contents and Ca ̄(++) in CCP group were 2.93% and 3.5 times more than thase in C group after 20 minutes reperfusion respectively.Those in BCP group were 1.1% and 1.07 times more than cgroup respectively.LPO in CCP group after reperfusion was 29% more than control value.That in BCP group was near control value.All differences were highly significant(P<0.01).Degenerative histologic and ultrastructural changes (cytoplasmic edema, myofibril contraction,mitochondrial swelling with disruption of cristae,etc) were found frequently in CCP group.There was only a slight ischemic injury in BCP group.The results showed that BCP effectively control myocard.ial calcium sequestration during early reperfusion.Myocardial water content and myocardial cell membrane injury were reduced after ischemia.BCP was superior to CCP for myocardial preservation.
