摘　　要：３６例骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者有免疫功能异常。患者自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）活性、ｌｅｕｌｌｂ和ｌｅｕ１９阳性细胞数、ＴＮＦα活性均明显地低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００５）。血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０２５）。Ｔ＿４／Ｔ＿８比值１．６２。血清Ｉｇ均值在正常范围。ＭＤＳ患者免疫功能异常程度介于急性白血病和再生障碍性贫血（ＡＡ）之间。提示，免疫指标测定有助于对ＭＤＳ的鉴别；有助于了解免疫功能状态与向白血病转变的关系。he immunological function abnormalities were found in 36 untreated patients with MDS. Natural killer cell(NKC) activrty was 23. 6 ± 19. 2% in patients withMDS which was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P<0. 005). The cells expressing leu 11b. leu19 in patients were also niarkedly fewer than that ofcontrols (P<0. 05). Patients with MDS showed in-creased sIL-2R values (382 ± 273U/ml ) as compared tocontrols (P<0.05) , and lower levels TNFα than nor-nial contols (P<0.05 ). The mean percentages of T_4and T_8 were 53 .1%,33.5%, respectively and T_4/T_8ratio reduced in patients . It was fornd that the abnormal immune functins presented in MDS Were different from aplastic anemia or acute leukemia .The results indicated that the immunological function abnormalites might influence the occuremce and progress of MDS.
