腹腔镜胆囊切除术和内镜Oddi括约肌切开术治疗胆囊胆总管结石

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy, LC)和内镜Oddi's括约肌切开术(Endoscopic sphincterotomy, EST)治疗胆囊和胆总管结石的方法和价值。方法对已证实胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的46例病人,经内镜Oddi's括约肌切开取石成功后,再行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。结果除5例内镜取石失败外,其余均获成功,无中转开腹及严重并发症。结论联合应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术和内镜Oddi's括约肌切开术治疗胆囊、胆总管结石,是一种安全、有效的首选方法。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic method and values of cholelithiasis cholecystolithiasis and choldocholith with the combination of laparoscopic cholecytectomy and endoscopic sphincterotomy. Methods: Forty-six patients diagnosed as cholelithiasis cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith were performed first with endoscopic sphincterotomy and then with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results: Except that five patients failed in endoscopic sphincterotomy, others were severely performed under this method with no complications and no open procedure. Conclusions: The treatment of cholelithiasis cholecystolithiasis and choledocholith with the combination of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are regarded as the first choice for its safety and successful results.
