异基因外周造血干细胞移植中ABO血型不合的输注和护理

摘　　要：探讨了护理因素对异基因造血干细胞移植中ABO血型主要不合和次要不合的干细胞输注的影响。对20例HLA相合、ABO血型不合异基因外周血造血干细胞移植中,外周血干细胞输注进行临床观察及护理情况分析。在输注外周血前、中、后均采取周密的预防措施。20例血型不合移植患者均顺利输注外周血干细胞并获得造血重建。说明在血型不合异基因外周血造血干细胞移植的干细胞输注中,护士对病情观察及护理水平是输注及移植成功的关键。The nursing factors are detected which infect allogeneic peripheral blood haematopoietic stem cell infusion in ABO-major incompatible transplantation or ABO-minor incompatible transplantation. Clinical investigation and nursing analysis were administrated to 20 patients receiving allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (Allo-PBSCT) with ABO-incompatible donors. Intensive prognostic methods were given before and after infusion and during the courses. It is resulted that allogeneic peripheral blood stem cells were successfully infused to all patients with ABO-incompatible donors and haematopoiesis reconstitution was completely obtained. It is conclused that clinical investigation of nurses and nursing level play key roles in peripheral blood stem cell infusion in patients receiving allo-transplatatation with ABO-incompatible donors.
