摘  要:采用CT法测定了131例(255只眼)的眼球径二维参数(均值±标准差)。前后径:远视眼23.63±0.92mm,正视眼24.62±0.38mm,近视眼26.68±0.75mm。横径:远视眼24.61±0.53mm,正视眼24.91±0.37mm,近视眼25.12±0.73mm。各组间差异均有显著性。近视眼球径长随屈光度增加而增加。屈光不正主要为轴性,但屈光状态及屈光程度并非仅由前后径长决定。我们提出前后径与横径比值概念,即远规眼比值小于1(横椭圆形眼),近视眼大于1(长椭圆形眼),正视眼基本为1(球形眼)。人眼屈光不正性质是由眼球前后径与横径比值所决定。AbstractOcular biometry in 255 eyes(131 subjects)withCT scan revealed that the length of the antero-poste-rior axis was 23.63±0.92 mm in hyperopia,24.62±0.38 mm in emmetropia and 26.68±0.75 mm inmyopia,and the length of the horizontal transverse ax-is was correspondingly 24.61±0.53 mm, 24.91±0.37mm and 25.12±0.73 mm.There were significant dif-ferences among groups of different refractions,and theaxial length increased with the severity of myopia.Itwas evident that refractive errors were chiefly causedby the varying axial lengths.The authors propose theparameter of the ocular diametrical ratio which is theratio of the anteroposterior axis to the horizontaltransverse axis,and accordingly hyperopia has a ratiounder 1,myopia a ratio over 1 and an emmetropic eyeis apparently spherical with the ratio in the vicinity of1.The authors point out that the refractive state is de-termined by the ocular diametrical ratio.
