国产胶原膜对头孢拉定透入眼内的促进作用

摘　　要：报道了在角膜上皮完整、缺损及频繁滴药的情况下，国产胶原膜对头孢拉定透入眼内的促进作用，结果分别为１．５、１．３和１０倍左右。和隐形眼镜比较，将干燥软性眼镜浸在头孢拉定溶液中，胶原膜的眼内促进作用和其相仿，但比湿性软性眼镜作对照组时的前房水内药物的浓度提高１～２倍。以上结果显示胶原膜可显著地提高房水内药物浓度。AbstractThe author reports that enhancement by the na-tive made collagen-shield on the、ermeation ofcephradine into the eye is 1.5 times and 1.3 times ver-sus controls When the corneal epithelium is intact ordefect,and is 10 times versus frequent eyedropsinstillation.On the other hand,the enhancement of thecollagen-shield is about the same as that of the softcontact lens impregnated with cephradine solution,but the drug concentration in aqueous humor is in-creased by collagea-shield 1-2 times than that by thewet soft contact lens.These results indicate that thecollagen-shield can effectively increase the drug con-centration in aqueous humor.
