摘　　要：国际收支统计监测系统对于监测国际收支交易、维护国际收支平衡发挥了积极的作用。文章从系统升级的设计理念和目标出发,围绕数据采集、数据质量控制、统计分析、数据利用和系统架构这五个方面对国际收支统计监测系统的升级工作提出了具体设想。The BOP statistics and surveillance system plays an active role in monitoring BOP transaction and maintaining the balance of payments. Starting from the design concept and goals for the system update,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions for the update,mainly in the five areas of data collection,data quality control,statistical analysis,data application and system framework.
