摘　　要：介绍使用国产胆红素氧化酶和二牛磺酸胆红素校准物建立血清结合胆红素测定方法。测定缓冲液为０．１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ柠檬酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ＝５．０），胆红素氧化酶浓度５００Ｕ／Ｌ，反应（终点）时间１５分钟。本法线性范围可达２４０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，批内不精密度＜１０％，回收率为９８．３％～１０７．１％，与重氮方法比较，回归方程为Ｙ（酶法）＝０．９５６Ｘ（重氮法）－０．５１３。本法测定人血清结合胆红素参考值２．５７±２．５６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ（ｎ＝９５）。he authors developed an enzymatic method for measuring conjugated bilirubin in serum. Bilirubinoxidase in an buffer. acidic oxidase oxidizes bilirubin(mono-and di-)glucuronide and most part of-bilirubin, which equivalent to the DBIL values obtained by diazo procedures.A novel conjugatedbilirubin standard-ditaurobilirubin(DTB)was used in this assay.Tests were carried out in citrate buf-fer solution at pH 5.0, containingg, 500U / L of bilirubin oxidase. The linearlity of tast is to up 240μmol/L.The within-run imprecision of this method was lower than 10% and the recovery rangedfrom 98.3-107.1%. The reference value of conjugated bilirubin examined by enzymatic method was0-5.1μmol/L.
