抗凝剂对血液分析仪白细胞检测影响

摘　　要：对ＥＤＴＡ－Ｋ＿２、ＥＤＴＡ－Ｎａ＿２、肝素、双草酸盐、枸橼酸钠的抗凝血，在４℃、２２℃、３２℃不同温度及取血后３０分钟、２小时、４小时、８小时不同时间血液，分别同时在Ｋ－１０００型、ＣＤ－１５００型、Ｆ－８００型及ＣＤ－１４００型血液分析仪上观察白细胞计数及分类计数结果，结果表明４种仪器测试结果显示同样变化趋势。在ＷＢＣ总数检测中３种不同温度保存与ＥＤＴＡ－Ｋ＿２、ＥＤＴＡ－Ｎａ＿２抗凝血２４小时内实验几乎一致，而双草酸盐抗凝血，在４℃条件下保存时变化不明显，２０℃、３２℃时实验结果呈逐渐升高［ＷＢＣ（６．５→７．２）×１０￣９／Ｌ］，枸橼酸钠抗凝血３种温度保存随时间延长结果减低［（６．５→５．６）×１０￣９／Ｌ］，肝素影响最大，取血３０分钟时实验结果即减低［（６．５→５．６）×１０￣９／Ｌ］，最低结果仅为３．６×１０￣９／Ｌ（实际应为６．５×１０￣９／Ｌ），ＷＢＣ分类结果显示，ＥＤＴＡ－Ｋ＿２、Ｎａ＿２的抗凝血各种条件保存的结果基本一致，肝素抗凝血影响最大，显示淋巴细胞百分率明显偏高。hite blood cell count(WBC)and differential count(DC)were made for blood samples from same person which were anticoagluted with Na_2-EDTA、K_2-EDTA、Heparin、sodium citrate、dioxilic salts re-spectivelg and at the different preserve condition by auton1atic hematologic analzer,The results showed the WBC were identical within 24 hours at 4℃、22℃、32℃ Cpreservation.When the blood with dioxilic salts anticoaglution was preserved at 22℃、32℃,The WBC increase d[WBC(6.5～7.2)×10￣9/L]and decreased with sodium citrate anticoaglution at 4℃、22℃、32℃、[(6.5～5. 6)×10￣9/L],the result was affected obviously with heperin coaglution[(6.5～3.6)×10￣9/L].Theresult showed K_2-EDTA,Na_2-EDTA didn’t affected DC. Bat It is verv obvious with heperin,showed the lymphocyte count increased.
