摘　　要：目的　利用综合疫情报告卡,对现有的多个传染病疫情监测系统进行整合,保证入口与出口一致,使疫情报告数据更加准确统一,达到科学、快捷、准确传递传染病疫情信息,从而提高传染病疫情监测工作效率和报告质量。方法　将现有的艾滋病、性病、结核病等传染病的多个报告卡,整合为综合疫情报告卡,进一步规范传染病疫情报告。结果　消除多卡多系统多渠道报告传染病疫情的敝端,实现一卡一系统一渠道报告传染病疫情,减轻基层卫生医务人员工作负担,提高传染病疫情监测工作效率和报告质量。结论　采用综合疫情报告卡进行传染病疫情报告,提高了传染病疫情监测综合管理的能力,在我国卫生体制改革和发展中,具有可行性和实用价值。Objective This research was designed to integrate current various epidemic situation monitoring system of infectious diseases and make epidemic reporting data more accurate and uniform under the guarantee of concord between entrance and exit by integrated report card, hence to achieve the goal of scientifically, rapidly and correctly delivering epidemic information and improve the monitoring efficiency and reporting quality. Methods A integrated report card was derived from integration of various reporting cards regarding such infectious diseases as AIDS, VD and tuberculosis etc. to further normalize reports on epidemic situation. Results Drawbacks concerning multiple-card, system and channel reporting were eradicated by realizing one-card reporting, which therefore mitigated the burdens of medical practitioners at grass-roots and elevated monitoring efficiency and reporting quality. Conclusion The application of integrated report card can enhance our overall ability to administer and monitor the epidemic situation of infectious diseases and is of feasibility and utility in the reform and development of national sanitary system.
