摘　　要：随着高校毕业生分配制度的改革,大学生就业教育对高校生存的重要性日益增强。要搞好就业教育,就必须首先了解其涵义和特点。其主要特点有全程性、发展性、系统性和全员性。Education on undergraduates' employment is increasingly significant to the development of a university after the reformation of distribution system. If we want to do well in education on undergraduates' employment, we must understand its meanings and characteristics. The basic characteristics include full course through the whole university period, expansibility, system quality and whole participation.
