摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量雌激素能否改善氯米芬诱导排卵后增殖期子宫内膜的发育。方法:将30例不明原因不育妇女随机分为2组,试验组(CC+PGV)和对照组(CC)各15例,观察HCG日的子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数,并取内膜检测雌激素受体。结果:试验组内膜厚度及雌激素受体含量明显大于对照组;试验组和对照组子宫动脉搏动指数无显著差别。结论:小剂量雌激素能改善氯米芬诱导排卵时的子宫内膜发育不良。Objective:To assess the effect of clomiphene citrate(CC) on the development of the endometrium by the addition of low-dose estrogen.Methods:30 women with unexplained infertility were divided into 2 groups randomly. 15 cases were in each group. In the experimental group, women were treated with low-dose estrogen during ovulation induction using CC; in control group, women were treated with the same ovulation induction regimen expect estrogen. Endometrial thickness and pulsation index(PI) of uterine artery were determined by utrasonography at the day of HCG injection. Endometrial biopsy was taken and SP immunohistochemical techniques for the ER was performed on it.Results:There were statistically significant differences in endometrial thickness and the expression of ER was distinctly increased in experimental group compared with those in control group. There was no statistically significant differences in PI values between experimental and control group.Conclusion:Low-dose progynova can reverse the deleterious effect of CC on endometrial development.
