摘  要:综述了非制冷热成像技术的最新发展和研究趋势及其应用前景。热释电焦平面阵列和微测热辐射计焦平面阵列已成为两种主流非制冷红外探测器。前者的年增长率为11.4%,后者的年增长率为32.4%。非制冷热成像技术在作用距离上优于微光成像、在体积和成本上优于制冷红外成像技术,使之成为中距离探测的主力军,并有可能在不远的将来在许多应用方面代替制冷热成像技术。The latest development, research trend and the application market of uncooled thermal imaging are summarized. The ferro electrical focal plane array and the microbolometer focal plane array have been the main uncooled imaging devices. The annual yield of the former has increased 11.4% and the latter 32.4%.Uncooled thermal imaging technology has advantage over dark imaging on the range and has advantage over cooled thermal imaging on the dimension and cost which make it main power on the middle range detection. It will take the place of cooled thermal imaging in many applications in the near future.
