摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病中胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)之间的联系。方法对136例2型糖尿病患者进行ICA和CRP测定。结果ICA阳性组其CRP值较ICA阴性组明显升高。结论炎症与自身免疫反应引起的胰岛β细胞功能和结构缺陷有关系,急性时相胰岛素分泌紊乱与胰岛细胞自身免疫反应有密切关系。Objective To study the relationship between islet cell antibody(ICA) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in 2 type diabetes mellitus. Methods ICA and CRP were measured in 136 patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus. Results In the patients whose ICA were positive, the blood concentration of CRP were significantly increased than those negatives of ICA. Conclusion Inflammation may be a part of the autoimmune reaction associated with the functional as well as structural deficiency of pancreaticβ-cell. The presence of islet cell autoimmunity is associated with an impairment of the acute phase insulin secretion.
