摘　　要：通过对世界民族问题中的跨国民族问题进行梳理,对跨国民族问题凸显的世界社会背景进行简述,分析了各类跨国民族问题产生的原因和全球跨国民族问题发展的趋势及主权国家的应对之策。Through sorting out the transnational ethnic conflicts in global ethnic problem, this paper gives out a brief introduction to the world social background against which the transnational ethnic problem is very prominent. It also analyses the causes of various multinational ethnic problems, developing trends of global ethnic problems and sovereignty states’ countermeasures.
