摘 要:探讨了棉针织物采用不同的漂白工艺——酶精练-常规氧漂、酶精练-中性氧漂、酶精练-过醋酸(PAA)漂白两浴法及酶精练-PAA一浴两步法漂白工艺的可行性。对经四种前处理工艺的织物进行了测试,结果表明:棉针织物采用酶精练-常规氧漂工艺能够获得与碱精练-氧漂工艺相近的前处理效果;采用酶精练-中性氧漂工艺,由于过氧化氢用量大,织物强力损伤大,故该工艺不适宜加工漂白产品;酶精练-PAA漂白两浴法比一浴两步法处理效果好。经不同前处理的棉针织物在染色性能上差距不大。This paper introduces the different bleaching processes of cotton knitted fabric including enzyme refining plus conventional oxygen bleaching, enzyme refining plus neutral oxygen bleaching, enzyme refining plus peracetic acid (PAA) two-bath bleaching and enzyme refining plus one-bath two-step PAA bleaching. The experimental results show that the enzyme refining plus conventional oxygen bleaching process can bring similar pre-treatment effect as that of the alkali degumming plus oxygen bleaching process, the enzyme refining plus neutral oxygen bleaching process takes too much hydrogen peroxide leading to obvious fabric strength loss, and the enzyme refining plus peracetic acid two-bath bleaching is better than the enzyme refining plus one-bath two-step PAA bleaching. In addition, there is no evident difference about the dyeing properties of cotton knitted fabrics after different pre-treatment processes.
