先天性心脏病家系心室肌球蛋白轻链1基因的限制酶切片段长度多态性分析

摘　　要：利用人心室肌球蛋白轻链ｌｃＤＮＡ探针对先天性心脏病患者家系心室肌球蛋白轻链ｌ基因进行了限制酶切片段长度多态性分析。从患有４种不同先天性心脏病的９个家系４０名成员和１３例无血缘关系患者的分析结果，发现行２个家系呈现限制性酶切片段多态性，但这种限制性酶切片段多态性似与先天性心脏病的发生没有联系。enomic DNAs isolated from 9 families and 13unrelated individual patients with 4 different types ofcongenital heart disease were examined hy Southernblot analysis using a cDNA probe which codes for thefull length human ventricular myosin light chain l.Restriction fraginent length polymorphisms were de-tected in two families and were not associated with anytype of congenital heart disease.
