摘　　要：针对目前社会养老保险系统存在的漏洞,设计并实现了基于指纹识别技术的社会养老保险管理系统。从系统设计入手,分析系统实现过程中的难点,并给出解决方法:重点讨论了系统高效的指纹识别算法,自动处理卡片图像的过程以及“信用度”的概念和意义。To solve the problem in the traditional social security system, the paper combines the fingerprint-verification technology with traditional security secure system as a solution. It describes the design of the system, analyzes the difficulties and shows how to overcome them. The paper mainly discusses the highly efficient fingerprint-verification algorithm, the automated process of fingerprint cards and the concept and function of credit index.
